Copyright and DMCA Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026  ·  DMCA designated agent registration number DMCA-1079045

Threadfall Labs LLC ("we") operates Deadringer (deadringer.threadfall.app). We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the people who use our services to do the same. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, how a counter-notice works, and our repeat-infringer policy, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Designated agent

Send copyright infringement notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent
Threadfall Labs LLC
2030 West Baseline Road, #182-9038
Phoenix, AZ 85041
Phone: 480-294-2397
Email: help@thread-fall.com

Email is the fastest route. Notices sent to any other address may not be processed.

2. Reporting infringing material (takedown notice)

If you believe content on our services infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a notice that includes all of the following. A notice missing any item may not be valid under the DMCA:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if there are several).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it: the full URL of the page or image, the campaign or character name, and the account name if you know it.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the account that posted it, and provide that account with a copy of the notice. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Threadfall Labs LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

On receiving a valid counter-notice we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content and restrict features at our discretion when a notice indicates a pattern of infringement.

5. Images you upload

Our services store, process, and transform images you upload (including generating top-down tokens from character art). By uploading an image you represent that you own or hold the rights needed to do so, as described in our Terms of Service. Tokens generated from an infringing upload are removed together with the upload.
